Refund Policy

Applies to: All customers of AIDO HUB, including individuals, businesses, and organizations.


1. General Transaction Policy

Products and services provided by AIDO HUB — including Custom GPT solutions, AI chatbots, interactive games, and AI training courses — are customized to meet each customer’s specific requirements.

Due to the made-to-order and technical nature of these services, all transactions are considered final and non-refundable once:

  • Production, development, or implementation processes have commenced.

  • Access to platforms, tools, or digital resources has been granted.

This policy applies to, but is not limited to:

  • Custom GPT development

  • AI consulting and training services

  • SaaS platform access

  • Tools, templates, or digital assets

2. Service Commencement Upon Payment

Upon confirmation of payment, service execution may begin immediately.

  • Services are deemed initiated once system setup, data customization, or access provisioning begins.

  • Therefore, refunds are not available once service initiation or access provisioning has occurred.

3. Acknowledgement of Non-Refundable Policy

By completing a purchase or signing a service contract with AIDO HUB, the customer acknowledges and agrees that:

  • They have fully understood and accepted this Refund Policy.

  • They bear full responsibility for assessing and evaluating services prior to purchase.

  • Transactions are non-cancellable and non-refundable once initiated.

4. Payment Disputes

This no-refund policy applies in cases where:

  • The customer changes their mind after purchase.

  • The customer delays or fails to participate in the project process.

  • Misunderstandings arise regarding service descriptions after clear documentation has been provided.

Exceptions may be considered in the following cases:

  • Duplicate payments

  • Verified technical payment errors

  • Proven fraudulent transactions with valid supporting documentation

Requests for exceptions must be submitted in writing to info@aidohub.com within 5 business days from the date of payment.

AIDO HUB reserves full discretion over the resolution of any disputes.


5. Subscription Services (If Applicable)

For customers using subscription-based services:

  • Customers are responsible for managing their account and canceling subscriptions before renewal periods.

  • No refunds or credit will be provided for unused subscription time.

  • Upgrades or downgrades of service plans can be requested, but do not warrant refunds.

6. Commitment to Service Quality

While payments are non-refundable, AIDO HUB is committed to:

  • Delivering high-quality AI products and solutions.

  • Providing ongoing customer support during the service engagement.

  • Addressing any issues within the defined scope of work.
