3. Custom GPT and Pre-built AI Solutions

AIDO HUB offers:

All deliverables are governed by the scope of work, delivery timelines, and terms agreed upon during project onboarding or checkout.

Use of AI tools must comply with relevant privacy, data protection, and industry-specific regulations.

4. Ownership and Licensing

All AI models, prompt designs, software code, training datasets, and proprietary tools developed or provided by AIDO HUB remain the intellectual property of AIDO HUB, unless otherwise specified in a written agreement.

Clients are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the delivered solutions within the agreed scope.

Redistribution, reselling, or rebranding without prior permission is strictly prohibited.

5. Payments and Refund Policy

All services, subscriptions, and products require upfront payment unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Refund Policy:

Due to the customized nature of our digital services, all sales are final and non-refundable once payment is made.

The effectiveness of AI solutions depends on user implementation, input quality, external market conditions, and other variables beyond our control.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, AIDO HUB shall not be liable for:

Customers may also voluntarily discontinue use at any time; however, no refunds will be provided.

Any disputes shall be resolved through negotiation first; if unresolved, disputes shall be referred to the competent courts of Ho Chi Minh City.
